We understand that our customers need as much information as possible to determine whether or not they would like to use our services. To better assist our clients we've provided a brief FAQ list to better help with some of the questions they may have.
1. How do I book a shuttle for a group?
The easiest way to book a shuttle is contact our office to speak with a representative about your request. Each request is different from one another, so prices vary depending on the customers needs. Please visit our contact page to submit a request for service.
2. How far in advance should I book a shuttle?
Due to high demands, we ask that all customers try to book within three weeks in advance to ensure they have reserved a seat. Waiting until a week before to book your trip may result in your group having to find another shuttle time or date. Book early to guarantee a spot for your trip.
3. How far out do I have to cancel my reservations?
Customers are eligible to get a full refund if they cancel one week before their shuttle date. Any changes made to reservations less than a week will accrue a penalty.
4. What the maximum amount people a van holds?
Depending on the clients request, we try to tailor a plan to fit the maximum amount of passengers in the group. Most of our vehicles will hold from two passengers to fifteen passengers. If you have a group that needs a larger vehicle, please don't hesitate to contact us.
